Bubbl.us is very easy and quick to use because of it being so simple. The features and options are easy to understand too. It lets me view a project using the presentation mode, and it lets me save, share, or print certain diagrams even from the web.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its free version has very limited features. However, they function well, so it is still wonderful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I always produce different graphics and diagrams at work since they help in keeping things in proper order. Bubbl.us is a terrific solution that makes such a task far easier for me.
