What are the best aspects of this product?

Buddy has so many great features that I really love and this includes the pre-configured pipeline actions and integrations with other productivity apps. It doesn't slow down. Accomplishing tasks is now faster and more organized.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find it confusing to set up interactions between different pipelines. It could be simpler.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This expedites most of our work!
