What are the best aspects of this product?

Buddy is a powerful app that has so many great features and covers different aspects of a project: (1) available actions and integrations; (2) visually-appealing and intuitive user interface; and (3) available resources, documentation, demos, etc! These 3 things are the areas where Buddy is better than its competitors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not everything shown in the documentation can be exactly applied in your projects so you have to be cautious about using it. They also need to add more features and actions in the free package because it's very limited and almost impossible to do a test run of the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Buddy made it possible for our team to put complex pipelines together and run CI/CD in varying environments. Our deployment process is also faster now and we're more efficient.
