What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about Buddy is its interface and overall design. It's simple and straightforward. The automation such as app deployment made everything easier. The built-in integrations are amazing! It helps us get the job done quickly! Lastly, their customer support is top-notch! They are really helpful ad reliable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software doesn't have some of the features that I need since it's relatively new, but based on trends I can see that they will have these features soon.
