Buildertrend has an interface that is very intuitive to use, making it easy to configure some components to make it more fitting to our operations. Indeed, Buildertrend is a great software for construction management. But on top of all these, Buildertrend's customer service care is top notch. Their representatives respond promptly and provide answers that effectively resolve our problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You can't edit an invoice once it's posted. So even if you want to modify a small part of it, you have no choice but to do a new invoice altogether.
