What are the best aspects of this product?

Buildertrend is great but can improve further. That's why it's a big plus for me that they update their system from time to time. Its strong points for me is its easy integration with QuickBooks and very accommodating customer care team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes a steep learning curve to get comfortable with Buildertrend. It cannot bill with the AIA format and generating comprehensive reports and invoices involves a tedious process.

Buildertrend is a key tool to our daily operations, specifically for billing, costing, communication with clients, invoicing, payments processing, and overall management.
