What are the best aspects of this product?

I went through training for this platform for a few days and the trainer was very good in explaining everything about the platform. This is a user-friendly and a multi-functional software. Besides serving all your management needs from setting deadlines for project tasks to being a spacious storage for important documents, it also serves as a communication platform for clients and an attendance system for employees and contractors. Buildertrend also allows wide network sharing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the platform is value for money, I still wish it could lower its monthly subscription fee. Or at least allow more users that can be on-board the $300 monthly package. I'm planning on hiring more but that would entail me paying on a per-person basis which is quite costly for an SME.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Buildertrend established our coordination system. Because everything we do and all the documents and data we need are in just one system, we are always on the same page when making decisions. It's also incredible that we can take our tasks forward via its mobile app which runs impressively well.
