What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to learn how the app, both the website and mobile version, works. It improves the way we communicate with our staff and residents. Lastly, it is secured. They have a secure server so we have peace of mind storing our private information there.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have to deal with many different hyperlinks when changing various details for similar unit and it is pretty time consuming. Improving this aspect will greatly help us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to communicate with residents via phone. It's effective but there are also limitations and drawbacks. Now, we are using BuildingLink and I think the communication within and outside the organization has become better. Also, this platform has made it easier to enter, store, and access information.
