Don’t Bother with BuzzBuilder

What are the best aspects of this product?

They have some good ideas about how to run email campaigns, but the product has some problems. We ran a test and all of our outgoing emails were blocked by Symantec. The sending IP address was on the "known spammer" list. When we asked about this, BuzzBuilder gave us some nonsensical mumbo-jumbo about rotating IP addresses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if their system actually worked. See above.
