What are the best aspects of this product?

The amount of manual accounting work has been decreased by more than half. We can quickly determine mistakes and correct them on the spot.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The built-in features are too much to learn in one sitting. I have to allot more time to learn how to utilize all the existing features to make the most out of the platform. However, its time consuming and employees share the same sentiments on this one as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We feel secured about the quality of our work. Accounting errors are being caught and rectified right on the spot.
