I can send messages fast and their customer service is excellent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It limits to only 320 characters. I hope they can increase this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can communicate with my employees easily. Especially now that there's a pandemic, it is easier to reach them through this platform. I can even answer their messages in a private conversation.
