What are the best aspects of this product?

Call-Em-All has made connecting with people within the company became easier. The interface is also easy to use so I can easily teach how to use it to different members of the team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Having a way to track the calls from end to end will be appreciated, so we can know how the calls are reaching customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communicating with our staff became easier. It has given us a lot of benefits including speed and accuracy.
