What are the best aspects of this product?
I can import my contacts, distribute group lists, and add users. They also have a responsive support team that is very patient in answering our inquiries. I appreciate the perks Call-Em-All has given us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think it'd be easier if we can send texts to a custom number instead of an authorization form we have to submit to Call-Em-All.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can easily communicate with all the members of our organization. It is the most effective mass-broadcasting tool we have.
