PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Because of my job, I have to call hundreds of people every day. Now, I simply have to record a simple message and have it sent to more than 800 people. It has made my job real easy. I can even see when they respond.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our system gets the phone numbers using a different format, so we still have to transfer those numbers into spreadsheets. Other than this minor inconvenience, we don't have much to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It lessened our workload. I can send people reminders without taking much of my time. It is also very cheap so we don't have to give out much in terms of expenses.
