It has lots of payment options, making it very convenient for us. We don't have to pay monthly for a service we only need to use once a month. It also delivers messages efficiently, allowing us to keep our customers informed. We recommend Call-Em-All to any business that needs to make mass calls.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope they can return the signup feature for customers so they can sign themselves up using a form. This is more convenient for us as it lessens the time we have to spend on managing sign-ups.
