What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps us save a lot of time as we always have to do mass-call outs to customers. Their website is also simple and easy to use. We can even upload spreadsheets information of clients and Call-Em-All will automatically distinguish usable phone numbers/information. This cut our work time by half because I can simply input the numbers of the people I need to call and send a mass broadcast message to them. We only need about 5-10 mins to call more than 60 customers. After that, the app will then let you know the number of responses you get from that call.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don't have any complaints. It is a great and user-friendly tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can make call-outs in less time. This saved me a great deal of time to focus on other work-related matters. Our team also uses it to inform people of the services we offer or they subscribed to. By using this, we now have more time to focus on making our business better for our clients.
