Canva can be used by almost everyone because it is simple and intuitive

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can use this product for free. It is intuitive and easy to use. I prefer using Canva over some MS products, Publisher or Paint. The templates are perfect and they meet everyone’s needs. It has optimization for social media.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The search function needs improvements because sometmes I cannot find the results I need when searching for them. It requires me to search through Creative Commons in order to find an image that work similar as my background image.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is great product for web graphics, invites and flyers. I prefer images when I want to say something or spread some idea or thought.
