What are the best aspects of this product?

I think that it's great how usable Canva is. There are some premium templates that you can use and pay for, but the free ones are extensive and pretty great too. I think it's plain genius how they have pre-trimmed templates that are tailor-fitted to common social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. This way, everything is scaled properly and the images are not stretched. This is perfect for anyone who is not particularly creative, but want to get an aesthetic edge.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope that in the next update, they would allow us to update each element of the templates in layers. This way, I can manipulate the opacity, brightness, etc.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've finally ushered all our outputs into today's digital media trends thanks to Canva. We used to publish outdated looking banners, but we've finally kept up with the trends thanks to this platform.
