What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the fact that Zolo can produce timestamps to keep track of my tasks accordingly. Whether I have to attend a meeting, leave notations, or do callbacks, I can keep track of the start and end times, which is important for documentation purposes. Aside from time stamps, Zola has helped us track down all our billable hours. All the things that it does for our practice are worth every penny that we are spending.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I am having constant challenges in syncing the calendar option to my work email. But I called for assistance and it was resolved after a few moments. All I need to do is make some adjustments to learn to appreciate the full functionality of Zola.

Zola is a comprehensive platform that does most of the things through the help of automation. It covers scheduling management, case management, time tracking, billing, and other tasks that are too tedious if done manually.
