The primary purpose of having this tool in our office is to help us automate specific tasks that we use to do manually. Having a law firm means that you handle multiple clients at the same time. The tasks can be overwhelming that could cause you to miss appointments and meetings. With the help of Zola, you can work more effectively with a well-organized schedule and well-kept documents.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was surprised that the program is packed with features that I can utilize for my practice. It means that I have to dedicate a lot of time in terms of learning everything from scratch. What I'm trying to learn nowadays is how to bill clients and process payments within the system.

Since Zola Suite is a multi-purpose tool, it really takes time to learn how everything works. But I can say that my practice benefits a lot because we don't have to maintain multiple software to accomplish specific tasks. Using Zola promotes efficiency in the workplace, which we have wanted to achieve ever since.
