What are the best aspects of this product?

Discovering how Zola works has been a big blessing not just for me but also for the entire practice. We have created an effective system to keep tasks organized in all aspects. From billing, collections, accounting Zola can definitely do it. I like that Zola continuously evolves to keep clients happy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Everything is all and well with Zola. We will keep using it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My practice has improved a lot since we transitioned to Zola Suite. Things are more organized and structured from billing our clients, filing, documentation, and handling multiple client inquiries. I don't need many platforms to make things happen because most of the things I need can be done with Zola's help.
