What are the best aspects of this product?
Zola is surprisingly a competitive product because it allows us to take advantage of all the existing features like creating a database for all our contacts, synchronizing all emails, and scheduling appointments. It is also easy for us to perform several accounting tasks without leaving the said platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I want to keep hoping that there would be no downtime. We lose a lot of productive hours, for we are highly dependent on Zola.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's easier for us to compute for billable hours that we send to our clients. The same thing goes with accepting payments.
