Zola has been a significant part of my law practice ever since.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that is app can perform some accounting work for the entire firm. We don't have to spend hours crunching on complex numbers. It helps me with the audits, balance and expense reports, and even invoicing. I am not an accounting expert, so Zola helps a lot.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't use Zola to view and send emails because the system kind of gets slow. Plus, it doesn't highlight the latest features that they promised. I would instead use the traditional email program that I am used to for a more favorable experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having cloud-based storage is one of the main selling points of Zola. We have tons of documents that need to keep for an extended period, so Zola helps us meet this need. I may not utilize all of its existing features, but Zola made my work more manageable.
