What are the best aspects of this product?
This tool is really striving hard to meet and exceed client expectations by continually developing its features for better use. Running a practice takes so much effort, but Zola is always there to provide us with the necessary tools to succeed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although Zola has been present in the industry for quite some time already, I have noticed that the developers could not address the usual issues in terms of latency. I understand that all software have their own unique issues, but if Zola must step up their game, they want to retain their long time clients.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I have been practicing law for close to a decade, and I have tried several systems to make work more manageable, but unfortunately, they weren't worth using. Zola's good thing is that the CRM feature is easy to manage because all I have to do is update the current entry, and we are good to go. It saves me so much time updating old to new records, which means that I can focus on other important stuff. Using one single software to perform a multitude of tasks is indeed an advantage to our practice, and we have to thank Zola for doing these things for us.
