What are the best aspects of this product?

Catia is an olden but golden tool in CAD and product designing. Through the years, it has continued to improve its features and has recently rolled out its 3D designing capabilities. Whatever modeling job you need it to do, you can bet that it will help you get the job done efficiently and accurately. The result is often a well-rendered product that you can be proud of.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

First of all, Catia can be quite expensive. And it's is very difficult to learn also. You really have to take the time to get to know this product so you can reap all the benefits that it has to offer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I design mostly 2D renderings--and this is what Catia has been helping me with. From conceptualizing my design to rendering it, this has been with me in every step of the way.
