What are the best aspects of this product?
Catia is one of the oldest and most reliable product designing tools in the market. This is no trial-run program--it is a tried-and-tested, well-oiled machine.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When compared to other CAD solutions, Catia can be a little more difficult to learn and to manipulate. However, it is a complete solution and once you get past the learning curve, you should realize all of its benefits.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use this mostly for creating 3D models.
