What are the best aspects of this product?

CauseVox is so easy to use and understand. I always use it to create pages for different fundraising projects that our organization handles. Also, it’s easy for us to track down the names of those who donated to send our thanks personally.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have experienced several setbacks in using Causevox like system downtimes whenever they update the platform. Also, it can be very challenging to add photos because there are times that I could not save it, so I have to repeat the process several times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to raise a significant amount of money to help build schools and clean water sources in the African region.
