What are the best aspects of this product?

There are so many things that I like about CauseVox. One of the things that caught my attention is the UI. It is designed in a way that makes it easy to figure out by anyone who wants to launch a peer-to-peer crowdfunding campaign. You can monitor the number of funds coming in real-time and thank each of the donors by sending them a quick appreciation note.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are minor integration issues with other payment platforms. But what matters is that CauseVox is on top of fixing these issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's a big advantage because we have a way to see who our donors are and how much money they are giving. It allows us to thank them in many ways. More often, I try my best to call them and thank them personally for the effort and spread the word to others.
