What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the reasons why I will always choose CauseVox is because of its familiarity and user-friendly features. Besides, I’m never worried about getting in trouble because I can readily keep in touch with customer support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t recommend our sponsors to use the “monthly gift” donation option because we won’t be able to collect them once our campaign has come to an end. However, there is a special process to retrieve it, but it's very inconvenient for the donor.
