What are the best aspects of this product?

We were looking for a reliable program that can handle multiple peers to peers donation programs. There are several in the market, but none of them could impress me, so I had to switch from one platform to another frequently. Doing this cost us a lot of money and so many learning experiences at the same time. When CauseVox came into our lives, I could say that we could come up with a more defined and stable process on how to seek help from our potential donors. Since our organization supports a list of ongoing projects, we need to find a way to ensure that the donors would continue to support our endeavors for the majority's best interests. One of the reasons we have decided to stick with CauseVox for real is that their back-end team never fails to support us through good and challenging times. They allow users to explore the platform and listen to suggestions intently. Not all platforms can exceed what they do, so CauseVox is worth the wait.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

CauseVox is a very reliable donation-based platform, and it does play a significant role in our organization. However, it's known not to be perfect, so there are some flaws that I would like to point out to help improve the overall user experience. First is the UI, which looks old or outdated, and they need to assign someone to revise the templates. The second issue would be the reports. Yes, the data are all accurate and on time, but I would prefer to customize it for the benefit of the staff and the donors. Since it's not customized, we have to extract it manually and rearrange it on a separate excel sheet, which is too time-consuming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

CauseVox gives you the visibility to track down the names and identities of the people who donated for your campaigns and the frequency and amount they are providing. Without the help of CauseVox, we won’t obtain such information that matters to us.
