What are the best aspects of this product?

Using CauseVox means a lot to our organization. We were able to share our advocacy with more people, which resulted in close to a hundred thousand dollars worth of cash donations collected in just a matter of time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The online donation receipts that we are sending are not that effective at all. Our staff needed to explain many things to our donors because it's hard for them to understand the items indicated on the receipt.
