What are the best aspects of this product?
Managing our workforce can be a headache but CEIPAL made it easier. The software provides a centralized database of all our employees which helps me in efficiently tracking their leaves, salaries, or loans.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It currently doesn't allow users to compute and project benefits and appraisals.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Since information is centralized in CEIPAL, accessing it is easier and saves me a lot of time.
