What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a terrific time-saver, especially that we do not need to manually download profiles for viewing. We only need to click on profiles available on the jobs board, then it automatically migrates into our account on Ceipal. The platform handles massive emailing efficiently as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Yes, mass emailing and profile migration are wonderful. But migrating profiles and loading email responses takes quite a long time.

It boosts our entire recruitment processes efficiently, from grabbing job availabilities up to matching applicants to those. It is easier to handle documents for signing through online e-boarding, as well as for each applicant’s placement.
