PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a great ATS platform, but with some problems, we can set aside. It has efficient features such as switching of job status, as well as the migration of profiles and databases. It lets us create placements easily too, especially that it generates a complete overview of the consultant submission process. It also allows tracking of consultant status in different phases, such as throughout the interviews. And it conveniently displays daily submissions on a portal, which makes it easier to check employee performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Report features need improvements, such as counting the number of submissions in addition to the name and available details. Checkboxes for specifying certain fields while generating reports would also be helpful. Creating a job posting is also problematic since I need to click the US Staffing option in tax term twice. The first is while creating the posting. Then, I need to check after creating, because it comes back to default in some instances. Another problem is when migrating profiles from the database. When a resume has been updated, the platform shows both the old and new versions. I wish it only shows the updated version of the same resume. And oh, integrating this platform to the DICE dashboard is quite problematic too, since us different profile results in some instances.Lastly, the “remember me” option while logging-in doesn’t always function as it should be. And when logging-out, the systems automatically do so instead of showing a confirmation box.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes getting reports easier, despite it requiring some minor edits for accuracy. It also eliminates the need for a database that tracks the performance of employees, and it lets us easily migrate and view profiles from various job boards. Moreover, it allows us to check the availability of consultants since it seamlessly integrates with different job boards apart from DICE.
