What are the best aspects of this product?

A stable ATS platform that keeps me on track throughout my job, and is helpful for sorting things out when creating quality reports. It also boasts easy to use features such as the AI searching, merging of emails, tracking of reports, and migration of profiles among other helpful functions too. And it helps us create interview schedules, as well as to conduct online video interviews without unneeded hassles.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are moments when it produces inaccurate resume outputs with the problematic sequence. Although, this only happens in rare instances, and it is not that noticeable. I haven’t stumbled on other problems while using the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me save a lot of time, especially when I’m using its AI searching capabilities. This ATS platform drastically improves our recruitment processes, as well as it makes things move quicker. No wonder why it has easily become an essential part of my daily work since years ago.
