What are the best aspects of this product?

I would caution others to research this product and not allow them to sign your company up for a 24 month contract. We are having difficulty in cancelling services as Celayix won\\\'t be flexible with us. Despite providing them with over 2 months cancellation notice, they refuse to accept this. As a long-time vendor of over 3 years to Celayix, I would not recommend this product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used it for scheduling needs. There are better products out there.
