What are the best aspects of this product?
The technology functions well with minimal effort from my part. It's really stable. A surprising part was the software installation and configuration didn't entail any schema changes to Active Directory. This is a positive image of Certify's ability in utilizing technology safely. At the same time, it keeps everything seamless.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Centrify has its share of issues. But you can't entirely blame them for everything. Certify was swift in offering different solutions or adding improvements to the product. This helped cater to our needs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're using DirectAccess in managing accessibility for our Unix servers. At the same time, it enables a role-based privileged account access. This minimized our workload significantly in controlling server access. It made it simple to audit access.
