What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that technology works great with little to no effort and I like that it is stable and reliable solution. In addition, the installation and configuration of the system doesn’t require any changes to Active Directory and this makes the usage of the system more safe and seamless. The other thing you should know about Centrify is that its Privileged Identity Management suite offers lot of functionality at affordable price. From the admin point of view, the system is very wizard driven and this means that lot of the set up and cnfiguration can be done through Wizard Set uo.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whenever we run into some issues o misunderstandings, the team behind Centrify is quick to act and they resolve the issue in a timely manner. The system meets all our expectations, therefore, we don’t have dislikes about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using DirectAccess so we can control access to our Unix servers and role-based privileged account access. It helps us to reduce the workload for controlling server acces and it makes the access simple.
