Simple to use remote control solution

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it allows me to install lot of cloud connectors and to connect to multiple hosts through SSH and RDP. We can connect to hosts remotely wuthout supporting VPN clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve the remote access experience and they could add features where we can easily adjust the screen resolution and copy/paste.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to reduce help desk calls from employees and it helps us to manage lot of remote access connections and to reduce the complexity so we can be more focused on solving our clients issues.
