What are the best aspects of this product?

I like its security system and simplicity. The UI is advanced and simple to use. And I’m glad that all our users managed to adapt the program quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t found something to dislike.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us with desk workload especially for password resets and account provisioning, and with low business productivity due to the issues. Thankfully, we decrease the number od password reset requests. And accounting provisioning into Office 365 and Salesforce helped us to reduce the time that is required for accounting provisioning.
