PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like its capability to handle huge volumes of data. We're expanding to Eastern Europe and this software helps us understand these new markets. We can compare datasets with our traditional markets in North America and we can clearly see there are differences. This enables us to tweak our campaigns to match user behavior.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing so far although I've heard it has issues managing e-commerece with dozens of SKUs. We have just around five today but we're planning to expand the product line so I'm keeping tabs of this "issue".

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can glean insights from our markets by configuring data sets with rules. We can layer metrics on top of each other, for example, buying behavior, demographics, date/time... helping us gain a deeper understanding of our markets.
