What are the best aspects of this product?

The dashboards let me see clearly my KPIs allowing me to manage sales and stocks smoothly. I can track performance by device, generate sales reports on a daily or weekly basis and sort the KPIs by channel. The level of depth of how I can configure data helps me make the right decision at once.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have had problems with pulling reports fast. There should be a clearer, more efficient support on this because not everybody has the time to tinker with all the tools.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Better inventory management. Our stocks keep pace with orders and vice-versa down to the hour. It helps us minimize stockouts and overstocks.
