What are the best aspects of this product?
It helps us consolidate our different channels so that, now, we only have a single interface to check. It's much efficient to keep tabs of orders, inventory, queries or issues on a daily basis. I can manage with a small team to run our ecommerce business on a global scale.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Setup training can be more engaging. You have to be patient to roll out this platform. My advice is to have a daily check with your team during onboarding to ensure they understand the tools clearly.
