What are the best aspects of this product?
We use Chargebee to easily manage our subscription billing. The platform is easily scalable for our growing business demands and we can expand effortlessly with full control. The vendor offers a simple pricing package and we made good use of their startup plan in the initial stages. Plus, the customer support team offers quick and helpful support to our company.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have come across bugs and issues from time to time. My gripe is that though we reported them to the vendor, not all issues have been resolved to our satisfaction.
