What are the best aspects of this product?
I own a one-man small business and I usually don’t get helpful customer support from vendors. So, I had to waste a lot of time browsing through forums and websites to resolve my software issues. But Chargebee is different. Their email support is excellent and I can rely on them any day for responsive and helpful support. They resolve my issues quickly and if the problem is big and takes some time they explain patiently what is the reason for the delay.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have a few wishes for features to be added to the software. But I am not disappointed as the vendor provides such good support for all matters. Now, I hate to talk to the customer support agents of other companies because Chargebee has completely spoilt me by setting such high standards.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My company is a subscription service that sells music records directly to customers. I’m the only employee in my company and I use the services of a freelance web developer for my needs. Chargebee helps us a lot by guiding us on important issues and resolving them promptly.
