PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Stripe to process payments and Chargbee works smoothly with it. We are able to accept PayPal now which has increased our customer base and international users are now visiting and using our website. Integration was simple and the vendor provides excellent customer support. This is a big plus for Chargebee as many other vendors do not care about providing good customer support after integration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not faced any problems with the software and it has been smooth sailing till date.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Chargebee offers us the following benefits: We can now accept a more varied set of payment types. The user interface is amazing. We can access real time info related to subscription metrics. And finally, the app offers useful reporting features.
