What are the best aspects of this product?
We have used Chargebee to quickly launch our startup, use various payment gateways with billing options in four currencies, and manage our employees easily. For me, the highlights are pre-formed dunning process for unpaid invoices, etc., uses both Pin and Stripe, enables us to bill in multiple currencies, and finally, excellent customer support as the agents resolve issues quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see the following improvements: User should be able to do tasks like removing credits without the help of support. The cancellations and reactivations feature needs to be streamlined to make it easy to re-activate customer’s account after cancellation for non-payment. There should be one dashboard to manage multiple currencies – it is a hassle to add across four currencies for reporting. Finally, the display/email template should be more flexible. Customers should be offered a text field where they can fill details such as address and VAT.
