What are the best aspects of this product?

We are looking on implementing a social chat for our website and Chat Blazer called my attention, I think is a very complete product with all the needed tools for what I require.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only problem that I see is that there is a charge per user, in my case I need many different users and sometimes they are one time users, since my website is open so that is why we are evaluating it.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Probably an enterprise version which you can charge for unlimited users

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We need a social chatroom for our customers and this brings a good solution so we are evaluating it.
