I’ve been able to install and use this tool in no time. The learning curve is quite short, owing to its simple environment.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If I needed to customize a setting in my dashboard, I have to ask their support team for permission. This can be time-consuming on both parties. And to be honest, I feel like this tool has so much more potential. The developers should consider adding more features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My company phones used to always ring nonstop. Now, I don’t have to assign as many people on phone duty anymore because Checkfront has most of the booking information for my clients online.
