What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool? It does its job pretty well. However, the real appreciation should be given to the team working behind Checkfront. A lot of clients might argue that the product is only ever as good as the team who is in charge of it. Well, let me tell you—the Checkfront team really delivers. They’re always willing to help and they’re very efficient in solving any hiccups that I have experienced in the past. Kudos to the team. You’ve done a really good job of keeping this client very happy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You can only appoint one user to interact with your clients. This can be pretty restrictive, especially when the volume that I have to deal with can be pretty overwhelming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has served as a one-stop-shop for all of the things that I offer—from vacation rentals all the way to available activities that my clients can book. Processing reservations are so much easier for me now thanks to Checkfront.
